* Grilled Vegetable Portobello Pita with fresh fruit or potato salad
* Chicken Picatta with white wine and lemon caper sauce, served with mashed potatoes and chef's vegetable
* Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad - mixed greens topped with grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, bleu cheese, bacon, avocado and chopped egg, served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Dessert: New York Cheescake drizzled with raspberry sauce
